FAQ

  1. 1. I have provided my login credentials for authentication and received the message "Unknown error".
Answer: Clear your browser cookies or try connecting in a private (incognito) window.

2. I have entered the correct 2FA code, but still receive the message that the code is incorrect (Error: wrong otp pin).
Answer: Wait for the following next code and try again. If the the next generated code is also not accepted, you need to reconfigure the APP. Delete the TOTP in your mobile authenticator app and configure it again.

  1. 3. I have got an "Error 101" message during the login.
Answer: In the browser, press "Reload this page" or the function key F5.
 
  1. 4. How to change phone number?

  1. 5. I have lost my device with the authenticator app, how to log in?
Answer: You have to configure the mobile authenticator app again, see instructions.

6. I can't receive the code via SMS.|
